Users and Access
The username and password granted by The Mobile World to the User is individual to the User. The User agrees not to disclose the username and password to any other party.

The granting of a trial username and password to the User to access the Products for a limited time is conditioned on the User’s agreement not to reproduce, redistribute, copy, disclose or republish any Product or portion thereof to any other party.

Termination
Access granted to the User by The Mobile World to any Product or portion thereof is entirely at the discretion of The Mobile World. Access will be for a limited time only, and The Mobile World reserves the right to withdraw access at any time.

When you register with The Mobile World to become a User, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. By registering with The Mobile World, you consent to The Mobile World storing and accessing the information you provide. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The Products or portions thereof available to the User after registration are for information only. The Mobile World does not make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Products. Although The Mobile World takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Products are free from infection by viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code manifesting contaminating or destructive properties before making the Products available, The Mobile World cannot guarantee that any Product will be free of such infection.

The Products are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this Agreement.

In no event will The Mobile World be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption and loss of programs or information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the website or the Products, or any information provided on the website, or in the Products or any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the Products or interpretations thereof.

Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Mobile World, it’s affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal fees, arising out of the use of the Products by the User.

Third Party Rights
The provisions regarding Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification are for the benefit of The Mobile World, and its licensors, employees and agents. Each shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions against a User.

Governing Law
This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales, whose courts shall be courts of competent jurisdiction.
